Assistant Finance Manager

We’re Hiring: Assistant Finance Manager | Ramada by Wyndham Goa Vagator

Step into a leadership role in hospitality finance with Ramada by Wyndham Goa Vagator. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing team.

Requirements:

• M.Com / CA Inter /Articleship
• 5+ years of experience in finance/accounts (hospitality industry preferred)
• Proficiency in IDS Software
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, audits, and compliance
• Excellent analytical, reporting & interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, OTA and Bank Reconciliation.

Ensure timely preparation of Month End Closing , MIS reports, financial statements, and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, VAT, EPF , ESIC etc.).

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.

Monitor cash flow, budgets, and cost controls in line with hotel policies.

Support the Finance Manager/Financial Controller in month-end and year-end closings.

Ensure adherence to SOPs and internal controls in the finance department.

Liaise with other hotel departments for smooth financial operations.
