Assistant Finance Manager

As a finance professional at Amber, you will be responsible for managing monthly MIS, budgeting, and forecasting. Your role will involve driving business insights through variance analysis and KPI tracking, building financial models, supporting strategic decisions, and partnering cross-functionally to align financial plans. Proficiency in tools like Excel or Power BI for reporting automation is essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of monthly MIS, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans. You will conduct variance analysis between actual results and forecasts/budgets, develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and business planning, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver insightful reporting to business stakeholders. Additionally, you will prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions. You will also support strategic initiatives, cost optimization, profitability analysis, and partner with departments to align financial plans with business objectives. Ensuring data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports, as well as assisting in automating reporting processes for improved efficiency, will be part of your responsibilities. To be eligible for this role, you should be a Semi-Qualified CA with up to 3 years of experience or a Qualified CA fresher with 2-4 years of experience in a similar domain.
