Job Description

Position: Assistant Finance Manager (AFM)
Location: Vagator, Goa
Department: Finance

Key Requirements:

  • Education: M.Com in Finance/Accounting OR qualified/appearing for CA-Inter.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance/accounts, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IDS software is a must.
  • Strong command of MIS reporting, financial planning, audits & compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank & OTA reconciliation).
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly & year-end closings; preparation of financial statements and statutory compliance.
  • Liaise with internal/external auditors and other hotel departments for smooth financial operations.
  • Monitor budgets, cash flow, cost controls; adhere to SOPs & internal controls.
