Position : Assistant Engineer - I, ProcessExperience : 3 - 5 yearsWorking days : 6 days working in shifts rotationKey Responsibilities:
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Audit Participation: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Defect Analysis Record: Record the defect analysis sheet shift wise & also cross check the defect qty sheet shared form the production.
Internal 8D report & record retention.
Prepare effectiveness monitoring, Lessons learned card, Past trouble data base & horizontal deployment plan.
- Change over: Support for the model changeover by ensuring the process parameters are in place
CT Monitoring & reduction
- Defect Record: Data capturing on the inprocess defects, prepare pareto chart for DRM meeting , analyse & take permanent actions to eliminate the potential failure modes in line.
Prepare internal 8D monthly for the top 3 rejections and monitor the action implementation.
- Issue Identification: Identify process-related issues and bottlenecks that impact production.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of process issues.
- Corrective Actions: Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address and resolve issues
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Production, to ensure project success.
Requirements:
BE or Diploma in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics with relevant experience in
Automotive industry preferably Assembly Process with automatic machine.
Skills :
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, SolidWorks).
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Technical Expertise in motor manufacturing processes, including winding, assembly, testing, and quality control.
- Knowledge of materials and components used in motor manufacturing.
- Familiarity with automation and robotics in motor manufacturing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills for reporting project status and results.
