Position : Assistant Engineer - I, MaintenanceExperience : 5 - 10 yearsWorking days : 6 days working in shifts rotationKey Responsibilities:
- Ensure the production equipment is available for full production.
- Troubleshooting knowledge in Electrical and Electronic circuits, Sensors, VFD, PLC, HMI, Vision system.
- Diagnoses and resolves equipment malfunctions, performs repairs.
- Daily down time analysis for root cause identification by Why- Why and TPM tools.
- Regularly inspects equipment to identify potential problems, performs routine maintenance .tasks, and assists with scheduled maintenance activities
- Monitoring the MTTR, MTBF and machine uptime, control the setup scrape
- Support to the process team to reduce the inprocess scrape
- Check the life of the pneumatic and hydraulic system and plan for change
- Plan and execute the preventive maintenance effectively and close the observation within the time period
- Plan & execute the predictive maintenance based on the machine manual and failure
- Plan for New project implementation, Design change
- Responsible for the daily break down maintenance, trouble shooting.
- Preventive maintenance planning and update the preventive maintenance check sheet.
- PLC programming modification, (Omron, Siemens, Keyence,)
- HMI Program & LabVIEW Programming
- Servo drive/Motor and stepper drive / Motor maintenance and tuning
- Electric and electronic Troubleshooting
- Vision system Tuning, installation (Keyence, Omron, Wenglor, Cognex).
- Knowledge in Photo Electric sensors, Proximity sensors.
Requirements:
Diploma or BE in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics, relevant experience at
Semi / Fully automated assembly lines in Auto component Industries, preferably in motor manufacturing Industry.
- Skills :
- Good Knowledge in PLC, HMI, VFD, Vision System, Jig and Fixtures
- Strong ability to work under pressure, flexible, reliable, team player
- Effective communication and good analysis skills
- Good trouble shooting knowledge in Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Circuits
- Good knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic, Gears, Fixtures
