Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 12 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Director of Rooms at the Grand Hyatt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel's room department to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance room service quality and efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of front-line staff members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in all rooms and public areas.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
