✔ Independently manage audits in coordination with Big 4 auditors
✔ Handle monthly & annual book closures ensuring accuracy of financial statements
✔ Lead consolidation of financials and preparation of complete accounts
✔ Manage direct & indirect taxation matters
✔ Support investor reporting and financial compliance
✔ Drive MIS, FP&A, and business finance initiatives
✔ Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and the complete revenue cycle
✔ Build financial models and perform advanced financial analysis
✔ Support M&A due diligence and fundraising activities
✔ Strong team leadership and people management skills
✔ High ownership mindset with the ability to support senior leadership
✔ Ability to train and mentor the finance team
✔ Excellent written & verbal communication skills
