Assistant/Deputy Manager - Project Sales
We are seeking an experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager - Project Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and construction industry knowledge. As an Assistant/Deputy Manager - Project Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing projects, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and revenue targets for the company
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Provide input on project proposals, tenders, and contracts
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, sales, and client interactions

Requirements
  • 4-9 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including architecture, building, and civil contracting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Mason, Carpenter, and Electrical Consultant skills are a plus
