We are seeking an experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager - Project Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, project management, and construction industry knowledge. As an Assistant/Deputy Manager - Project Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing projects, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and revenue targets for the company
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and other stakeholders
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
Provide input on project proposals, tenders, and contracts
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with company standards
Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, sales, and client interactions

Requirements

4-9 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field
Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including architecture, building, and civil contracting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with project management software and tools
Mason, Carpenter, and Electrical Consultant skills are a plus
