Jaipur Plant is the fourth manufacturing Plant, set-up in India in the year 1999. We are a Powertrain Solutions (PS) Plant which is known for it's operational excellence. Our safety standards are a benchmark across RO-IN, which has won us several awards & accolades by Govt. of Rajasthan. We are a Lead Plant for two products, namely; VE Pump (Diesel Fuel Injection Pump) and Nozzle Holder Assembly (both are diesel intrinsic components).

Strategy Planning: Envisage and support location manager technical to prepare and execute the strategy for profitable growth of plant in line with PSIN strategy, deployment of strategy/targets in plant functions through policy deployment workshop.

Coordination: Coordinate and collaborate with value stream range heads, business divisions, cross plants, corporate etc. and support PMs to take key decisions by preparing decision matrix, LTPM (Long term planning) coordination, resource coordination and allotment within plant.

Steering Targets: Manage strategic focus projects and topics of plant management together with respective functions and drive till conclusion.

Stakeholder Management: Plan and curate agenda for stake holders visits/meetings including high level delegate visits namely PS/BVs, government officials, Industry bodies, etc.

Internal Communication: Analyse both internal and external information's, disseminate important communications, consolidate MIS reports for top management, regular business updates to relevant internal stakeholder and ensure connects and exchanges between associate and plant management.

Back Office : Support PMs in all key management meetings by preparing presentations, documentation and ensuring implementation of actions, preparing & handling management audits.

Education : Bachelors degree in engineering * Masters or equivalent in operational / Business Management (desirable),

Experience: 8+ years experience in techno commercial role with a background in engineering, finance, product management, etc

Knowledge: Competent in production planning, engineering and project management processes * Basic knowledge of costing, budget planning & investment appraisal * Basic knowledge of digital manufacturing.
