About the Role

The Assistant HR Community Manager will support the planning, engagement, and growth of a vibrant HR and industry community. This role focuses on coordinating HR leaders, industry partners, academic institutions, and internal teams to drive meaningful engagement, events, and knowledge-sharing initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Coordination

  • Engage with HR professionals and industry leaders to ensure active participation
  • Assist in onboarding new community members and maintaining ongoing relationships

Events & Programs

  • Coordinate HR webinars, roundtables, workshops, summits, and awards initiatives
  • Support end-to-end event execution including speaker coordination, invitations, scheduling, and follow-ups

Communication & Content

  • Draft professional communications including emails, announcements, invitations, and follow-ups
  • Support content creation for newsletters, social media, and community updates

HR & Industry Collaboration

  • Assist in liaising with HR leaders, recruiters, and corporate partners
  • Support initiatives related to employability, internships, skilling programs, and HR best practices

Reporting & Administration

  • Track participation, feedback, and engagement data
  • Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership review
  • Maintain databases of HR contacts, partners, and institutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in community management, HR coordination, events, or partnerships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to HR communities, EdTech, skilling, or non-profit ecosystems
  • Experience working with senior HR leaders or industry professionals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
