Assistant Community Manager

Designation: Assistant Account manager

Department: Account Management (Community)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create a collaborative community environment among our members through events and personal introductions
• Ensure that buildings are fully operational, and processes are running smoothly
• Manage the sales process and churn
• Team development and growth
• Manage all KPIs for the building
• Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations
• Identify opportunities and act on them to connect members
• Supervise move-ins and move-outs for a quality experience
• Review daily reports and work with the team to finalize weekly and monthly reports that outline community
• Conduct tours to work towards and maintain 100% building occupancy

Skills & Qualification Required:

• BA / BS or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or other related degrees.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication, organization and project management skills
• 9 years of experience in hospitality, marketing, or related experience with strong operational focus a plus.
• 4+ years of people management experience is a must; experience managing teams of 5+ people preferred
