Job Description

As an Assistant Brand Manager at our marketing team in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for driving brand strategy, regional marketing, and on-ground activation to create brands that resonate with local audiences. Your key responsibilities will include planning and implementing brand marketing strategies, leading retail branding and in-store promotions, collaborating with cross-functional teams for cohesive brand visibility, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, executing ATL/BTL marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, partnering with vendors and agencies for local marketing plans, and providing timely performance reports with optimization insights. To excel in this role, you should have 2 to 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, fashion, or lifestyle industries. You should possess hands-on experience in field marketing, campaign management, and consumer engagement. Strong skills in stakeholder management, project coordination, multitasking, proficiency in MS Office, basic analytics, and familiarity with digital marketing tools are essential for success.
