Role Overview

Assistant Brand Manager

The ABM will play a key role in end-to-end campaign management, working closely with category teams, marketing teams like Copy, Creative, Influencer, Social, Performance, while also owning campaign metrics and translating insights into actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Ownership (End-to-End):
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable

    marketing briefs

    and specific department briefs like copy briefs, creative briefs with detailed direction.
  • Manage the

    entire campaign lifecycle

    , including briefing, referencing, coordinating deliverables, reviewing outputs, and providing feedback.
  • Collaborate with

    category teams

    to align campaigns with category priorities & availability.
  • Track and own

    campaign performance metrics

    , providing insights and recommendations to optimize effectiveness.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet

    brand guidelines, timelines, and quality standards

    .
  • Creative & Content Management:
  • Lead

    creative asset requirements for ads

    , ensuring assets are ready for

performance marketing.

  • Work closely with

    copy, creative, and video teams

    to ensure messaging, visuals, and aesthetics match brand requirements and the brief.
  • Build

    scripts and storyboards

    , ensuring content aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Lead Brand shoots end to end.

Skills & Competencies

  • 23 years of experience in

    brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles

    .
  • Good project management skills specifically of

    campaign management, content creation, creative workflows.

  • Ability to

    analyze marketing metrics

    , track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent

    written and verbal communication skills

    .
  • Comfortable managing

    multiple stakeholders

    across creative, category, and performance teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working

    independently and collaboratively

    .
  • Aware of marketing trends

    and has a keen eye for creative and copy details.
