Job Description

You will be responsible for developing strategic and tactical brand assets and running seamless marketing communications operations to position mPokket as the most loved brand in the financial services space. This includes developing a deep understanding of consumers through Qual/Quant research, growing brand assets and content across various touchpoints, leading creative development processes, creating tools and content for customer delight, and ensuring brand consistency across cross-functional teams. You will also conceptualize creative, media, and PR innovations to establish mPokket as a lovable and path-breaking brand. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing strategic and tactical brand assets - Running seamless marketing communications operations - Championing customer's cause internally - Growing brand assets and content across all touchpoints - Assisting and eventually leading creative development processes - Creating tools, kits, content, and collateral for customer delight - Ensuring brand tone consistency across cross-functional teams - Conceptualizing creative, media, and PR innovations Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or NBFC industry - Strong data analysis skills using marketing analytics tools and Excel - Deep understanding of the Gen Z audience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices - Passion for building brands and connecting with consumers and potential employees - Understanding of employer branding principles and best practices,
