Assistant Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities : Assist in developing and executing brand plans to drive market growth. Collaborate with the design team to create packaging artwork and ensure brand consistency. Work with the product team to manage new product launches, timelines. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and BIS requirements for packaging and communication. Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and trade channels. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer surveys. Support retail activation plans, including POP materials and trade schemes. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies (creative, digital, PR, activation) for brand communication. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to branding activities Support execution of events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility. Conduct market visits across India to assess retail execution and competitive landscape.
