As an experienced Assistant Administration Manager, your role will involve supervising daily support operations and implementing efficient administrative procedures within the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems - Recruiting, training, and allocating responsibilities to personnel - Assessing staff performance, providing coaching, and guidance for maximum efficiency - Ensuring smooth flow of information within the company - Managing schedules, deadlines, and inventory of office supplies - Monitoring costs and expenses, assisting in budget preparation - Overseeing facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons - Organizing and supervising other office activities such as recycling, renovations, and event planning - Ensuring operations adhere to policies and regulations - Keeping abreast of organizational changes and business developments To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven experience as an assistant administration manager - In-depth understanding of office management procedures, departmental, and legal policies - Proficiency in MS Office - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in administration activities - Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong team player with leadership skills - MBA/BSc/BA in business administration or a related field This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work location is in person.
