We are looking for a Drafter to work with our team of Architects and Engineers and convert designs into technical plans. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AutoCAD Drafter & Estimator with a strong background in Civil Engineering and proven expertise in Modular Interior works . This multifaceted role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of translating design concepts into precise technical drawings and accurate cost estimates for both civil infrastructure and cutting-edge modular interior projects. Responsibilities Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations. Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CAD systems. Prepare detailed and accurate AutoCAD drawings for civil projects, including structural, architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) components. Develop comprehensive technical drawings for modular interior projects, including layouts, elevations, sections, and material specifications for kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, etc. Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and client feedback. Conduct thorough quantity surveying and cost estimations for a wide range of civil construction projects (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial buildings, infrastructure). Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, and site teams to ensure seamless execution from design to completion. Provide technical support and clarifications regarding drawings and estimations to site personnel. Contribute to the overall quality control process for both civil construction and modular interior installations, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution./Diploma in civil engineering 2+ years of experience in AutoCAD, Proficiency of AUTO CAD. Significant experience in modular interior works, including drafting, estimation, and understanding of manufacturing/installation processes for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and other custom furniture.
