• Position: Assistant - Accounts

• Department: Accounting & Finance

• Location: Mumbai

Job Profile:

• Booking of purchase / expenses invoice by checking with Purchase order.
• Follow up of GRN for booking & payment purpose.
• Making payment schedules to vendors.
• Data entry of payment transactions / Receipt / withdrawal / Transfer / Bank charges, etc. in SAP.
• Prepare Import register.
• Making Sales invoice OF scrap/ licence sold/ Service Receipt and Sales /Service related debit /credit note.
• Prepare Qty & value wise total sales, Export Register, RM-PM consumption.
• Documentation for Export Credit Policy / Marine Insurance / Product Liability.
• Tender related export statistic data for CA certifications.
• Prepare statement for Statutory tax payments on due dates.
• Prepare petty cash voucher with proper supporting documents.
• Make Bank reconciliation of all bank accounts
• Any other duties as per organizational requirements

Desired Profile:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) with 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting & taxation in manufacturing company preferably from Pharmaceuticals.
• Exposure to Export Oriented Unit / Manufacturing Industry preferred.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, GST, and export documentation.
• Updated knowledge of Tax Laws, EXIM activities applicable to Export Oriented Units.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting systems.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial reporting.
• Candidates preferred from pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple assignments.
• Preference would be given to Male candidates only.
• Strong skills in Excel and tax reconciliation tools.
• Good communication, analytical, and coordination abilities.
• All round of interviews will be F2F.
