JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Assistant Account Manager Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India Job Type: Full-time Reports to: Account Manager/Senior Account Manager Job Summary: The Assistant Account Manager will support the accounts team in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations. Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve financial discrepancies. Support budget planning and financial forecasting activities. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist in payroll processing and tax-related documentation. Maintain organized records and update accounting databases. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations. Prepare reports for management review, highlighting key financial insights. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho or equivalent). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus. Experience in [industry-specific financial management, e.g., manufacturing, trading, services, etc.].
