Job Description

As a Financial Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Your responsibilities will also include handling reconciliations, audits, and internal controls. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor KPIs and present financial insights to the team. A key part of your role will involve training and supporting junior staff, as well as assisting in the hiring process. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred), along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel is essential, as well as a strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively. In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, the company provides certain benefits to its employees. These include food provision and Provident Fund. The work schedule for this position is full-time and permanent, with day shift, fixed shift, and morning shift options available. Employees are also eligible for a yearly bonus based on performance.
