The Assistant Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial reports, and reconciling bank statements. Additional responsibilities include assisting with budget preparation, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the senior accountant in various accounting activities. Qualifications Proficiency in bookkeeping, managing accounts receivable and payable, and financial reporting Experience in bank reconciliation and budget preparation Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Previous experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
