Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present a variety of bakery products such as breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts with precision and creativity.
Innovate seasonal and festive product lines while preserving the traditional quality BG Naidu is known for.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and appearance across all bakery items.
Supervise baking processes, temperature control, and ingredient usage to maintain product quality and reduce waste.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards (FSSAI) in the baking area.
Collaborate with R&D and production teams to scale recipes for commercial production.
Train and guide junior baking staff and assist in their professional development.

Desired Profile:

10+ Years of proven experience in a bakery, hotel, or sweets/snacks production environment.
Diploma or certification in Baking, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of dough handling, Icing, decoration, and traditional Indian bakery methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with attention to detail and timing.
Passionate about both traditional and innovative baking.
