Assistant Account Manager

Key Responsiblities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensure compliance with GST, ROC, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Maintain and enhance internal financial controls and accounting systems
• Lead and mentor junior team members in daily operations
• Coordinate with various departments to support strategic financial planning
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory frameworks

Skills & Qualification

• CA Inter or CS qualification
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, budgeting, and tax compliances
• Hands-on experience with legal and regulatory filings (GST, ROC, IT)
• Excellent understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
