Job Description

An accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and examine financial statements and reports. Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Conduct audits and assist with internal controls. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations. Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting and forecasting. Manage office communications, including emails and phone calls. Organize and maintain files and records. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. Handle office supplies and inventory management. Support financial processes, such as invoicing and budgeting. Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowedge of accounting principles and regulations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
