Accounts Executive

• Maintain

  books of accounts

  , including vouchers, journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliation.
• Handle

  accounts payable and receivable

  , vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
• Prepare and file

  GST returns

  (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and GST compliance).
• Manage

  TDS calculations, deductions, and returns

  as per statutory requirements.
• Assist in

  monthly, quarterly, and annual closing

  of accounts.
• Coordinate with

  statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams

  .
• Track project-wise expenses and support cost control for solar EPC projects.
• Maintain compliance with

  Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST regulations

  .
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense summaries for management.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, agreements, and financial records.

• Strong knowledge of

  accounting principles and Indian taxation

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Tally (ERP), GST portals, and MS Excel

  .
• Good understanding of

  banking operations, payments, and reconciliations

  .
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Experience in

  EPC, construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy sector

  will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of

  project accounting and cost allocation

  is preferred.
