Asset Manager

As a professional with 4 to 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for reconciling cash and positions across all funds on a daily basis utilizing the DUCO platform. Your role will involve reviewing upcoming activities exceptions from Geneva WSO accelerator and handling contract modifications based on agent notices. You will collaborate across multiple groups to troubleshoot technical and accounting issues, ensuring all activities are processed and updated in Geneva. Daily tasks will include reaching out to Agents, Trustee, and Internal teams to resolve exceptions promptly. In cases of unresolved cash and position breaks, you are expected to escalate the matter to the Manager and onshore team. Creating standard operating procedures (SOP) and participating in training programs will be an essential part of your responsibilities. You will also need to liaise with global teams, supporting ongoing projects, system integration, and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as necessary. The ideal candidate for this position should possess knowledge of Syndicated Bankloan, Private Credit, and CLOs. Experience in processing activities using Geneva software for the Syndicated Bankdebt Module and reconciling cash and positions through platforms like DUCO is preferred. Hands-on experience in manually processing activities related to Credit Facilities in Geneva is also required. Familiarity with the roles of Agent Banks, Trustees, and Custodians in supporting Private Credit is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is necessary for this role. You should be highly motivated, capable of working independently, and have strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. The ability to multitask effectively and deliver results under tight deadlines is crucial. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are a must as this role involves interacting with clients globally. You should be adept at summarizing information concisely and quickly. A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure and with multiple stakeholders, is highly valued.
