Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Must be Involved in each phase of HAM & SAM life cycle
    1. Should possess process awareness of planning and procurement, Maintain records of all assets, track allocations, deallocations and tagging.
  2. Stocking & Deployment Should have experience handling day to day asset transactions,
  3. Maintenance – Should possess experience dealing warranty & non-warranty assets,
  4. Disposal & E–Waste Management - Should possess experience in moving aging / scrap assets as per company policy & SEZ Clearance
  5. RGP / NRGP – Should possess experience in handling asset intra movements
  6. Asset tool environment exposure either REMEDY or other tools
  7. Manage and maintain IMAC updating and tracking , Software Licenses tracking and Management
  8. Asset reconciliation / PAV
  9. Periodic Reports & Reviews, Team management, exposure to PIVOT tables and charts, formulas, PPT’s.
  10. Reconcile and resolve detected deviations in hardware asset repository data in accordance with documented business rules
  11. Perform physical site audits to ensure that inventory data is accurate (in case any discrepancy is identified)
