As an Asset Manager at SunEncore, your role will be crucial in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of solar energy systems. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of solar assets to ensure maximum energy generation and uptime. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify maintenance or repair needs. - Developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Analyzing data from solar monitoring systems to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities. - Managing contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring timely execution and quality compliance. - Overseeing warranties, insurance coverage, and asset lifecycle documentation. - Forecasting and budgeting operational and maintenance expenses effectively. - Ensuring adherence to all regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. - Identifying and implementing optimization initiatives to improve energy yield and reduce operational costs. - Assessing financial performance of solar assets and recommending improvement strategies. - Staying current with industry trends, technological advancements, and policy changes impacting solar asset management. - Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding system operations, performance, and maintenance activities. Key Skills & Competencies required for this role include: - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Strategic planning and execution in energy or infrastructure projects. - In-depth understanding of solar or renewable energy operations (preferred). - Financial acumen and strong analytical decision-making. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
