BCom/ MCom/ BBA pass with 3 to 5 years of experience with good knowledge of Asset Management experience of a large IT setup. Manufacturing setup or Electronics industry and basic knowledge of Accounting, Purchase order, Invoice, Quotation understanding. Should be proficient in MS- Office and working on Computers and may have worked on Asset Management tools with good communication skills (both written and oral) Should understand Asset requisition, allocation, mapping and maintaining configuration setup for IT Hardware and software products as well as other products and should have idea of budgeting according to business needs Should understand the importance of regular MIS report generation, timely and accurate details entry and ensuring completeness of invoices , fixed asset accounting and assist in bidding and tendering plans follow-up understanding of disposal of idle and obsolete assets and share recommendation Should be able to liasion with internal purchase and finance team as and when required for proper track and control on Asset and inventory status and update for IT Products like desktop, Laptop, Servers, Printers, Network equipment as well as other equipment and materials
