Asset Management Executive

You will play a crucial role in maintaining and tracking inventory for IT and non-IT assets at Licious, a Bengaluru based meat and seafood company. Your responsibilities will include organizing, tagging, and updating asset records, conducting periodic audits for compliance and accuracy, and analyzing data to identify trends in asset utilization. Additionally, you will be expected to generate reports on asset performance and lifecycle, support asset procurement, maintenance, and disposal, as well as optimize and streamline asset management processes. Creating and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for asset management and maintaining detailed records of all asset transactions will also be part of your key tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for this position. Familiarity with asset management software/tools is preferred, along with a basic understanding of IT hardware and software lifecycle. An interest in operational processes and data analysis would be advantageous for this role.
