Job Description

Digitech is looking for 4 Asset Management Engineer (L2 Level) -for Greater Noida location. Similar Requirements of 1 Engineer each for Gurugram and Jamshedpur location also ·Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ·A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in IT asset management, IT service management, or infrastructure support is typically required. · He shall be responsible for L2 technical support for Asset related incidents, audits and be well-versed with IT tools · Should be able to co-ordinate with procurement, finance and IT Operations team to track Asset ownership, cost allocation and warranty details, Asset Tagging and configuration management accuracy ·Certification on ITIL, Software Asset Management, Power BI or Service Now shall be an added advantage ·The L2 engineer is also expected to analyse asset data, generate reports, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support internal or external audits. ·Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in tools like Excel and asset tracking systems.
