Our technology services client is seeking multiple Asset Data Harmonization Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period. Below are further details about the role: Role: Asset Data Harmonization Specialist Domain: Oil & Gas Mandatory Skills: O&G Downstream, O&G Midstream, O&G Upstream Experience: 6+ Years Location: PAN India Notice Period: Immediate- 15 Days Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Asset Data Harmonization Specialist with domain expertise in contextualizing and standardizing asset data across multiple systems in the Oil Gas industry The role involves integrating and mapping data from various source systems eg SAP JDE Maximo APM Inspection and PdM tools into a unified Engineering Data Hub The ideal candidate will ensure data integrity alignment to global standards and readiness for downstream applications such as Digital Twin Reliability Engineering and Asset Performance Management APM Key Responsibilities Lead asset data harmonization and standardization efforts across diverse upstream and downstream systems Perform source target data mapping from CMMS APM inspection and PdM systems to a centralized Engineering Data Hub Contextualize site specific asset data across global facilities to build a standardized unified asset database Collaborate with engineering maintenance and digital teams to define and implement master data models and taxonomies Enable foundational data readiness to support Digital Twin and advanced analytics initiatives Ensure alignment with international asset management standards such as ISO 55000 ISO 14224 and CFIHOS Establish and maintain accurate asset hierarchies relationships and metadata classifications Support asset reliability initiatives like FMEA RCM Asset Criticality Analysis and RBI through robust data integration Work closely with data governance and IT teams to implement quality assurance and change control mechanisms Support lifecycle planning failure mode tracking and predictive analytics through enriched asset data Asset Management Focus Areas Align with PAS 55 ISO 55000 principles and data centric asset lifecycle models Support strategic planning budgeting and capital investment decisions using high quality asset data Implement frameworks for obsolescence management lifecycle costing and total cost of ownership TCO Drive sustainable data practices and extend asset life through accurate contextualized information Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by enabling clean connected and usable engineering data Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Systems or related field 5 years of experience in asset data management and harmonization within the Oil Gas industry Expertise in CMMS and APM tools such as SAP PM JDE Maximo GE APM and ThingWorx Familiarity with inspection predictive maintenance PdM and reliability data systems Strong knowledge of engineering schematics eg PIDs loop drawings and asset tag data Proven ability to manage asset master data frameworks and hierarchical structures Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross functional and global teams If you are interested, share the updated resume to pavan.k@s3staff.com Show more Show less
