Key Responsibilities

AI & ML Development

• Design, develop, and deploy

  machine learning models and AI algorithms

• Implement

  predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems

• Optimize AI models for

  accuracy, performance, and scalability

Data Handling & Analysis

• Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Develop pipelines for

  data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering

• Ensure

  data quality, integrity, and security

Integration & Deployment

• Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing

  products, platforms, or client systems

• Collaborate with

  DevOps and software engineering teams

  for production deployment
• Monitor model performance post-deployment and refine as necessary

Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research and industry trends
• Evaluate new algorithms, tools, and frameworks for potential adoption
• Contribute to innovation in AI solutions for internal and client projects

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with

  product managers, software engineers, and business analysts

• Document AI models, processes, and findings for internal and client reference
• Present insights and technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• 3–8 years of experience in

  AI/ML development and deployment

• Strong programming skills in

  Python, R, or Java

• Hands-on experience with

  TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or similar frameworks

• Knowledge of

  NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or deep learning

• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  MLOps, AI pipelines, and model versioning

• Background in

  SaaS products, GCC solutions, or enterprise IT services

• Familiarity with

  big data technologies

  like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka
