creative-led Art Director


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and define visual direction for brand, digital, and campaign projects.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with brand strategy.
  • Guide and mentor designers and visualizers to maintain creative excellence.
  • Oversee design quality across social media, digital, print, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, content, and performance teams.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Review and refine creative outputs before final delivery.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 3-5 years of experience as an

    Art Director / Senior Visualizer / Lead Designer.

  • Strong expertise in branding, visual systems, and campaign design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Working knowledge of

    UI/UX principles

    and digital-first design.
  • Basic understanding of

    motion graphics, video editing, and After Effects.

  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability.
  • Attention to detail with a high standard of design quality.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
