Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Campaign Development:
• Develop creative campaigns that resonate with the brand’s core values and objectives.
• Translate client briefs into visually compelling concepts that address business challenges and drive measurable results.
• Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate impactful creative ideas that align with campaign goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, account managers, and video production teams, to ensure creative alignment across departments.
• Design Execution & Oversight:
• Oversee the development of creative assets, including social media graphics, banners, website designs, videos, and presentations.
• Review and approve all creative outputs to ensure they meet client specifications and are delivered on time.
• Feedback Implementation:
• Incorporate client and internal feedback efficiently to improve deliverable outcomes.
• Adapt creative strategies and designs based on insights and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Client Engagement:
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and objectives, translating them into actionable creative solutions.
• Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, articulating the strategy and rationale behind design decisions.
• Innovation & Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
• Ensure creative solutions are forward-thinking while maintaining alignment with the brand’s identity.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and quality to deliver exceptional work.
• Provide solutions that address business challenges and ensure deliverables are aligned with measurable outcomes.
  

Requirements

• Experience & Skills:
• 4–5 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or a similar field, preferably in an agency or creative studio environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work, including digital, print, and video assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) and other AI design tools.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking:
• Exceptional ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into impactful visuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach to business challenges.
• Leadership & Teamwork:
• Proven ability to lead creative teams, mentor junior designers, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas to clients and internal teams.
• Adaptability & Time Management:
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Efficiently manage feedback and revisions to meet project timelines and expectations.
