Art Director

The Art Director will effectively and efficiently oversee and direct conceptual and design projects.

He/She will ultimately be responsible for the quality of ideas and the end-to-end design execution

of jobs, from brief through to implementation and delivery.

 Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital and motion)

 Create visually engaging content for a variety of platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram,

etc.)

 Monitor the quality of design projects being produced and submitted by leading internal

review sessions and seeking feedback from both internal and external stakeholders.

 Assign, oversee, and manage the timely delivery of all projects, taking into consideration

the clients’ requirements and expectations.

 Attend client meetings, present work, discuss needs and identify opportunities.

 Manage a team of graphic designers and video editors.

Qualifications

 Bachelors degree or equivalent in visual communications /Applied Art

 4 - 5 years experience in Design Field

 Knowledge of social platforms (instagram, facebook, linkedin etc)

 Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

 Efficiency in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, In Design, Corel Draw, ect)
