Role Description

This full-time, on-site position in Jaipur is for an Area Service Manager. The Area Service Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of service engineers, maintaining and troubleshooting diagnostic equipment, ensuring timely installation and maintenance, and building strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include training service teams, addressing service escalations, maintaining service reports, and actively supporting sales operations through technical expertise and customer service enhancement.

Qualifications

Technical skills in medical diagnostic equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Strong leadership capabilities to manage and guide a team of service engineers effectively.
Proficiency in generating detailed service reports and ability to analyze and resolve service escalations.
Strong communication and customer relationship-building skills for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and service teams to meet organizational goals.
Knowledge of clinical diagnostic equipment, practices, and safety protocols is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, or related fields.
Previous experience in technical service management in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is an advantage.
