We are Master Regional Service Distributor for Xiaomi (MI) mobile & TV service/repair centres. Require experienced male candidate only who worked with mobile/tv service industry with min. 2 years experience in handling more than 25 service centres. He should be good at verbal and written (email) communication with command on Gujarati/Hindi. He should have excellent computer knowledge (MS-Office, specifically excel advance formulas like v-lookup, pivot table, filter etc. also good email drafting and understanding of incoming email content to reply promptly and effectively.). He should have calm mind to deal with different types of store partners/dealers to achieve KPI and NPS. He should be able to work under work pressure and deadlines. He should be ready to do travelling within Gujarat for stores audit/visits. He should be very positive, smart, passionate & hard working to ensure good relations with Xiaomi HO staff and our dealers/partners. If you match these qualities pl. send your resume.
