Key Responsibilities: ✅ Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of diagnostic equipment ✅ Drive service KPIs – response time, customer satisfaction, and preventive maintenance ✅ Collaborate with sales and distributor for seamless customer support ✅ Manage escalations and ensure quick resolution of technical issues Desired Profile: 🎯 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 🎯 3+ years of experience in IVD 🎯 Strong communication and problem-solving skills 🎯 Willingness to travel across the assigned region 📩 Interested?
