Designation - Area Service Manager - Water Purifier

At Atomberg Technologies, we are redefining the consumer durables space with cutting-edge technology and world-class service. As an Area Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring top-tier after-sales experiences in your region. You’ll lead a network of service partners, drive operational excellence, and own the business performance for your territory. This role demands a strong operator—someone who can work hands-on in the field while influencing cross-functional teams to build scalable, customer-centric service models. If you're passionate about building systems, solving real-world challenges, and driving customer delight at scale, this role is for you.

What are we looking for?

Operational Leadership & Partner Management

Onboard and train service partners, ensuring they meet Atomberg’s service standards
Monitor performance metrics such as turnaround time, fulfilment rates, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with central teams to streamline spare parts inventory and logistics

Business Ownership

Own service P&L for the region; drive scalability, cost optimization, and innovation
Analyze service data and escalations to implement preventive, root-cause solutions
Align closely with the sales team to ensure service readiness meets customer expectations.

Cross-Functional Execution

Collaborate with Tech, Product, and Supply Chain teams to roll out scalable service processes
Share insights and best practices with peers across regions to elevate the service function as a whole\
