The machine offers a tight turning radius for maneuvering in tight spaces and heavy traffic, along with an ergonomically designed control console for simple, comfortable operation. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Service Manager located in Pune. The Area Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing service operations in the assigned region. Daily tasks will include coordinating service schedules, managing customer relationships, supervising service technicians, ensuring timely and quality service delivery, and maintaining service records. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications Experience in service management and customer relationship management Technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues Leadership and team management skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure Previous experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
