Area Sales Officer TMT Bar Sales

You will be responsible for supporting the sales team as a Junior Area Sales Officer in the construction and steel industry. With approximately 1 year of sales experience or a strong willingness to excel in this field, you will actively contribute to achieving sales targets, nurturing customer relationships, and aiding in market expansion within your designated area. Your key responsibilities will include assisting senior team members in achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will learn to engage customers effectively, conduct market research to explore new markets and sales channels, and promote TMT bars and related products to customers. Monitoring competitor activity and market trends will also be part of your role to help the team stay competitive. Additionally, you will assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and collecting market feedback for management. To excel in this role, you should possess approximately 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the construction or steel industry, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and succeed in this field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. A basic understanding of the construction industry, market trends, and TMT bars, as well as a Bachelor's degree in any field, are also required. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and performance bonuses are offered. The work locations available include Alappuzha & Ernakulam, Calicut & Wayanad, Kannur & Kasaragod, and Kollam & TVM.,
