Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving channel sales and business development for batteries and inverters in the assigned territory. Your main focus will be on effective dealer/distributor appointment, secondary sales, and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, appoint, and manage dealers/distributors for batteries and inverters. - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Build strong relationships with channel partners to ensure brand visibility and market penetration. - Conduct market surveys to identify potential business opportunities. - Monitor competitor activities and suggest counter-strategies. - Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, branding, and lead generation. - Train and motivate distributors sales teams for improved market coverage. - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and MIS data regularly.
