Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager (ASM) at Xolopak India Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing sales operations in Chandigarh. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing a network of distributors and dealers within your assigned territory. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying, capturing, and growing the market within the region, driving sales growth, ensuring timely collections, and achieving assigned targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. You will be expected to maintain discipline in daily reporting, client follow-ups, and sales operations while building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Providing market feedback and competitor insights to the management will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline, basic computer knowledge, and prior experience in field sales or area sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned territory. Fluency in English and at least one regional language is desirable. Attention to detail, a customer-centric mindset, and a results-driven approach will be critical for success in this role.,
