Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee the online sales strategy and execution for our IoT-based consumer electronics products on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, product listings, digital marketing, and sales optimization. Preferred candidate profile Marketplace Management: - Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms to maximize visibility and sales. - Monitor competitor products and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness. - Implement best practices for product category management and inventory control. 2. Sales Strategy Development: - Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic and conversions. 3 Performance Analysis: - Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. - Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. 4. Collaboration: - Work closely with product development and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock availability and product launches. - Liaise with external partners, including agencies and service providers, to enhance e-commerce initiatives. 5. Customer Engagement: - Develop strategies for engaging customers through reviews, Q&A, and customer service on e-commerce platforms. - Address customer inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Qualifications: - PG in Mass Communications ( Social Media ) , or a related field. - 4 to 7 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the consumer electronics or IoT sector. - Strong knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart platforms, including best practices for product listings, SEO, and advertising. - Proven track record of driving sales growth in a competitive online environment. - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, and social media marketing. Preferred Skills: - Experience with e-commerce tools and software (e.g., Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout). - Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics related to e-commerce. - Understanding of consumer electronics trends and customer preferences in the IoT space.
