As a Sales Manager in the Air Compressor Manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing them with best-in-class services. - Identifying and targeting potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking. - Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our air compressor products. - Generating leads and following up on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth. - Managing the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales orders and timely delivery of products. - Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. - Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Air Compressor Manufacturing industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
