Job Purpose/ Summary As the SSH -Area Sales Manager - Sales & Distribution Domestic Business, you will be responsible for handling primary & secondary sales through effective sales strategies across the territory. Principal Accountabilities You will have overall responsibility for the development and execution of all long, medium, and short-term sales strategies and programs, ensuring growth through the achievement of sales targets for the region. Additionally, you will be tasked with executing and driving sales-related activities through the sales team, building a strong Channel partner network for the company in the Region, coordinating with the Supply chain team for seasonal merchandise, and building & motivating an expert team of Sales professionals. Key Interactions Your role will involve key interactions with internal stakeholders, external communication partners, and vendors to ensure effective coordination and communication. Experience The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
