Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and lead a team in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in insurance sales, team management experience, and the ability to strategize and implement sales initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth and achieve business targets for the assigned area. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 3-4 sales professionals to maximize their performance. Training & Development: Provide necessary training and guidance to enhance team productivity. Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure business continuity. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and timely reporting of sales activities. Must-Have: Own a two-wheeler with a valid license (Mandatory). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
