Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Candidate should have experience in the paint industry.
Oversee and manage dealer and distributor networks within the assigned territory.
Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies and business plans to meet organizational revenue goals.
Plan and conduct local promotional campaigns, dealer/painter meets, and brand-building activities to boost business and product visibility.
Regularly conduct market visits to track competitor activities, resolve trade issues, and gather business feedback.
Ensure timely collections from the trade and optimize inventory for efficient supply.
Analyze and forecast area sales numbers and submit regular performance updates to the Sales Manager / Managing Director.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers, resolving queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and legal regulations in all sales activities.
Identify new business opportunities, expand distribution reach, and develop new channels as needed.

Note:

Must be a Graduate.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Own Vehicle must
Should have 8+ years of experience in the Same Industry.
