Role Overview

dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive franchise sales in the South region by identifying and targeting potential partners.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for franchise acquisition.
  
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective franchisees.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
  
• Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
  
• Coordinate with the operations team for franchise setup and training.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  

• 3–6 years

  of experience in franchise sales, business development, or related roles.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to travel extensively across South India.
  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
