Role Overview

dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive franchise sales in the South region by identifying and targeting potential partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for franchise acquisition.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective franchisees.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
Coordinate with the operations team for franchise setup and training.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
3–6 years
of experience in franchise sales, business development, or related roles.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively across South India.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
